Good mental and physical health

Engaging in regular physical activity, getting involved, being among other people, and being out in nature all contribute to good mental and physical health in the population. Gjensidigestiftelsen will contribute to this through support for open and accessible activity arenas, allowing more people to experince nature, and through health-promoting projects that will contribute to ensuring the developement of as many robust and secure young people as possible.

Gjensidigestiftelsen will be an important contributor to strengthening young people’s mental health through support for collaborative arenas, knowledge building and preventive and health-promoting projects.

Gjensidigestiftelsen will be an important contributor to getting more open and accessible facilities and areas for physical activity.

Gjensidigestiftelsen aims to stimulate increased use of nature as a source of activity, experiences, learning, and social communities through support for activites, meeting points in nature, and trail markings.
